    Delivery
    All orders are shipped within 2 business days, Monday through Friday.
    We offer the following delivery services:
    Recorded delivery via (Hermes or Royal Mail) - takes 2-5 working days

    Returns
    Returns are accepted within 14 days from receipt of order, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging, with tags attached (where applicable) and in re-saleable condition.  All returns postage is at the expense of the customer unless goods are deemed to be faulty.
    Simply open returns request or send it back with a short note stating your name.
    Please allow 5 working days for the return to be processed.
